The Second Western District Military Court has handed down a third life sentence in absentia to the commander of the 138th Anti-aircraft Missile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Mykola Dzyaman. This was announced on March 13 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
He was found guilty of organizing the attack on the Russian IL-76M aircraft in 2024, which killed 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war. According to the court's decision, Dzyaman was sentenced to life imprisonment.
