State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov agreed with the idea of complicating the divorce procedure through the Gosuslugi portal. This was announced on March 13 by the TV channel 360.ru .
Earlier, Natalia Moskvitina, a member of the Public Chamber of Russia, called for a review of the function of divorce through Public Services.
"If people have a crisis, then it is necessary not to amputate the problem, but to try to cure it. In most cases, people might not get divorced. They just need help," Milonov said.
