In Primorsky Krai, the TFR has completed the investigation of a criminal case against the headmaster of a school in Spassk-Dalny. The official is accused of negligence, which resulted in a violation of the rights of the child.

The investigation believes that the school principal improperly performed her official duties while monitoring underage students.

In September 2025, five ninth-graders abused an eight-year-old girl at school. They caused the child physical pain.

It was established that the director of the educational institution did not organize preventive work to prevent violations among schoolchildren. This led to a conflict between children of different ages, writes PrimaMedia news agency with reference to the Investigative Committee of the Primorsky Territory.

The case materials were sent to the court. An idea was submitted to the regional Ministry of Education on the elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the crime.
