- Restrictions for trucks will be introduced on the roads of the Krasnoyarsk Territory
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, restrictions on the passage of trucks will begin to apply on roads from April 13. They will last until May 12th. On the highway "Entrance to Alykel airport in Norilsk", restrictions will be in effect from May 13 to June 12. There will be no bans for trucks only on the Verkhnyaya Biryusa – Ibrul highway.
The rule will apply to vehicles exceeding the established maximum permissible loads on each axle. The restrictions for a single axle are 6 tons, for a two—axle trolley — 5 tons, for a three-axle trolley - 4 tons, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency with reference to KrUDor.
From June 1 to August 31, restrictions will be imposed on the movement of vehicles that transport heavy loads on asphalt roads at air temperatures exceeding +32 degrees. Mobile weight control points will monitor compliance with the loads.
The reason for the introduction of the new rule is the unfavorable natural and climatic conditions and the need to preserve the structural elements of roads.
The ban does not apply to military equipment, transportation of operational services, transportation of road construction materials, waste removal, transportation of socially significant goods.
Earlier it was reported that wireless video cameras will be installed on the roads of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The first 50 devices will appear in 2026 on several major routes.
