In Yakutia, in the Tattinsky district, the head of a peasant farm reimbursed the state for damage in the amount of 800 thousand rubles. He stole the subsidy given for the construction of the fence. The funds were returned to the budget.

According to IA YakutiaMedia, with reference to the press service of the republican prosecutor's office, the court found the farmer guilty of fraud. The supervisory authority has filed a claim for damages. The court's decision has been executed in full.

Earlier, the court of St. Petersburg issued a guilty verdict in the case of embezzlement of almost 100 million rubles allocated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia in the form of subsidies. The court sentenced: "Melnikov to 3.5 years in a general regime penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles in state revenue. <...> Kazak to two years in a general regime penal colony," the department wrote on its Telegram channel. In addition, both defendants are prohibited from engaging in activities related to the receipt and use of budgetary funds in legal entities for a period of two years.
