A criminal case has been opened on a terrorist attack after the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a hospital in the DPR

The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack after a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a hospital in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), the press service of the department reported on March 13.

"The military investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation have opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "b" of part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act")," the report says.
