Investor Galitsky responded to a lawsuit about an extremist association

Investor Alexander Galitsky, who is being sued for an extremist association, said on March 13 that the Almaz Capital Partners fund he founded invests only in civilian projects, and according to its approved charter, it is prohibited from investing in weapons production.

"Due to information in the media that I and the international venture fund Almaz Capital, which I created many years ago, financed the production of weapons in Ukraine, I consider it necessary to clarify the following. Since its creation, the fund has been investing exclusively in civil projects," the RBC investor's statement reads.
