Two Russians have been detained who, on the instructions of Ukrainian intelligence, collected data on military installations and units in the Moscow, Tula, and Tver regions. This was reported to Izvestia on March 13 in the Central Control Center of the FSB of Russia.

The agency clarified that the attackers established contact with representatives of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in order to assist the foreign intelligence service in activities directed against the security of Russia.

"On the instructions of the curators, information was collected and transmitted to the enemy regarding military facilities and locations of military units in the Moscow, Tula and Tver regions," the FSB said in a statement.
