On the same day, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the strikes against Iran were indiscriminate. According to the diplomat, Moscow expects an impartial assessment of what is happening from competent international organizations.

Earlier, Zakharova said that Russia confirms Iran's right to self-defense and calls on the United States and Israel to stop the aggression. She said this while commenting on the results of the vote on the UN resolution.
