The Russian Foreign Ministry urges Russians not to visit German territory unless absolutely necessary. This was announced on March 12 by the official representative of the department, Maria Zakharova, during a briefing.

"We once again warn against visiting Germany unless absolutely necessary, we strongly recommend that you follow the relevant warning posted on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country," she said.
