More than a thousand applications from all over the country have already been submitted for the IV season of the All-Russian sports Project Competition "You're in the game". Among its participants are projects from the cities of the Golden Ring, which not only attract local residents to sports, but also popularize a well—known tourist route.

In the first month of accepting applications for the competition, over 60 applications were received from the regions of the Golden Ring. Behind each of them is the work of enthusiasts, whose ideas are designed to transform Russian cities into spaces for active leisure.

The main thing for the organizers of the Koferan project from Vladimir is to introduce participants to an active lifestyle, and also to give them the opportunity to spend time in a friendly atmosphere, putting aside gadgets. The initiative in the "Starting Point" nomination involves free group runs through the historical center of Vladimir with live communication between athletes over a cup of coffee after the finish.

"Our Koferan project, which has been running for more than 2.5 years, is based on love for people and our hometown. We give people the opportunity to communicate, find friends and like-minded people, and join sports near home. In fact, we are creating a wonderful new Saturday tradition — running together and then drinking coffee in pleasant company. Prior to the appearance of this project, there were no similar initiatives in Vladimir, and it would be great if such a tradition appeared in all other cities of the Golden Ring. By participating in the "You're in the Game" contest, we show that sports can be emotional and unifying, and in order to make your lifestyle a little more active, sometimes you don't have to go to the stadium or join the gym — just go outside and join our community," the authors say. the project.

Among the partner nominations of the "You're in the Game" competition, there is also the "Corporate Sport" nomination, which was created for ideas aimed at increasing the level of physical activity of company employees in offices and at work. The ENGINE project, which unites employees of 14 branches of JSC First Cargo Company, including those from Moscow and Yaroslavl, involves them in regular sports activities, already showing noticeable results: the number of sick days decreased by 10%, and the team became more cohesive.

"We create conditions so that our company's employees can keep fit and find like-minded people among their colleagues, even thousands of kilometers away from each other. Participation in the "You're in the Game" contest is an opportunity for us to show that corporate sports are not just for show, but a working system that changes people's lives and affects the work of the organization. We are confident that our example can inspire other companies," the authors of the EngiNe project noted.

Thanks to the competition, the cities of the Golden Ring now not only attract tourists with their unique architecture and beautiful nature. New locations appear on the map of a familiar route, interesting for adherents of an active lifestyle. For example, an open city table tennis tournament "Sport is Available" is being held in Ivanovo, attracting everyone to participate, a Forest Scale trail race is being organized in Suzdal, turning the region into a new attraction point for active tourists and athletes from all over the country, and a badminton tournament "Fast Racket" among teenagers is being organized in Kostroma. and adults. With the help of the Flights 2025 project, teenagers from Yaroslavl are involved in skateboarding, stunt scooter and bicycle training, and the authors of the Path to Success initiative from the Vladimir region are popularizing mini-football, involving children from an early age.

The sixth season of the competition features five main nominations — "Starting point", "Scale", "Children in sports", "Transformation in sports", "Limitless opportunities", as well as three nominations from the partners of the competition — "Corporate Sports", "Sports Tourism", "Media".

The winners in the five main categories of the "You're in the Game" contest will receive 500,000 rubles each, and the winner of the Grand Prix will receive 1,000,000 rubles. Special gifts have been prepared for the winners in the partner nominations.
