The relevant document is registered in the legislative support system of the lower house.

"The adopted amendments to the legislation will allow the HOUSE to be used during the bidding process.Russian Federation for the sale of windows to combine them with investment-attractive land plots. This will allow us to take into account the potential costs of restoring the heritage site, as such costs will be partially offset by reducing the price of more attractive property," commented the First Deputy General Director of the HOUSE.Russian Federation Alexey Nidens.

He stressed that in order to attract investors to work with historical sites, a lot of systematic work is underway aimed at optimizing administrative procedures, developing a program of preferential loans, as well as reducing the investment and construction cycle.

The bill was developed by the Russian Ministry of Culture with the participation of experts from DOM.RF. The experience of the company in the agency of federal land and property was taken as a basis. It is assumed that the mechanism will attract large developers and developers to restore the windows. Land plots at auction are primarily interested in companies that already have experience in implementing diverse projects, including those with architectural monuments.
