The court recognized the lawful decision to file a case against Judge Maslov from Rostov

On March 11, the Supreme Court of Russia recognized as lawful the decision to institute proceedings against judge Artur Maslov from Rostov-on-Don.

"The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation upheld the decision of the Higher Qualification Board of Judges, which agreed to initiate criminal proceedings against a judge from Rostov-on-Don," the TASS press service reported.
