On March 12, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, responding to a question from Izvestia, commented on the desire of European countries to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine.
"A combination of aggression and stupidity. I don't know what generates what, probably, one fuels the other," Zakharova said.
