600 kg of wild garlic were brought to the Krasnoyarsk Territory from the Kuban

Two more batches of wild garlic weighing more than 600 kg were delivered to the Krasnoyarsk Territory from Krasnodar. The product was delivered by plane from March 6 to March 9, the press service of the regional Rosselkhoznadzor administration reported on Thursday, March 12.

As noted in the department, with the onset of spring, the supply of these spicy greens will only increase. Later, it will be launched from Altai, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

The first cargo of wild garlic weighing 100 kg in 2026 was delivered to Krasnoyarsk from the Kuban on February 26.

Earlier it was reported that wild garlic is able to quickly and effectively inhibit the growth and development of bacteria. The plant also contains flavonoids, saponins, organic acids, vitamins of group B and C.
