Medvedev pointed to the ability of the United States to manage epidemics through a network of laboratories.

The United States has been given the opportunity to manage the spread of major epidemics by creating a network of military biological laboratories in different countries of the world, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, said on March 12.

"The United States, as you know, has formed a global military biological network, using other countries as testing grounds for its tests. As a result, millions of people unwittingly become hostages to deadly threats," Medvedev wrote in an article for Expert magazine.
