Chairman of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to provide a report on the attack of newcomers on residents of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. This was reported on March 11 on the website of the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"Information about a group attack by newcomers on residents of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky has been published on social networks. According to reports, the conflict initially occurred over a parking space," the publication says.
