Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that Ukraine is experiencing hysteria and panic after Hungary refused to agree on an EU loan of €90 billion.

"From this, we can understand why Ukrainians are hysterical, panicking and making a mess? Because we made it clear that we would not give them a military loan of €90 billion," ORIGO quoted him as saying.
