"The United States and Israel have launched strikes against this country without the permission of the UN Security Council and during negotiations between Iran and the United States. <...> These actions are lawless," he said during a meeting of the UN Security Council.

Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, said on March 11 that Bahrain's resolution adopted by the United Nations Security Council was biased and one-sided.
