On March 11, the United Nations Security Council adopted a resolution condemning Iran and demanding that Tehran stop attacks on Arab countries.

"The text [of the resolution] "condemns in the strongest terms <...> Iran's attacks" on Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, adding that "such actions constitute a violation of international law and a serious threat," according to a statement on the UN website.

It is specified that the resolution was prepared by Bahrain. 13 countries supported the document, while the Russian and Chinese sides abstained.
