At the Malenovskaya station of the Yaroslavl direction of the Moscow Railway (MZhD), an electric train killed four people. This was announced on March 11 by the press service of the Ministry of Railways.
"Today, four people were fatally injured near the Malenkovskaya station of the Yaroslavl direction of the Moscow Railways at 19:20 by commuter train No. 7229 Bolshevo – Yaroslavsky railway station," the Telegram channel said.
According to preliminary information, the victims violated the rules for staying on the railway infrastructure. The press service added that in connection with the incident, several trains heading towards Moscow and the region were delayed.
It is specified that at the moment the movement of electric trains in the direction is proceeding normally.
On March 10, the press service of the Western Interregional Investigative Department for Transport (ZMSUT) of the Investigative Committee of Russia reported that a man and a woman died as a result of an electric train collision at the Orekhovo-Zuyevo station of the Gorky direction of the Moscow Railway.
