Russian blogger-dancer has gone missing in Phuket
Blogger and dancer Konstantin, who was in Phuket, disappeared after he was unable to extend his Thai visa. His father Vladimir informed Izvestia about this on March 11.
According to him, the last time 25-year-old Konstantin contacted his family was on January 16. He came to Thailand with a friend, but he soon returned to his homeland. Konstantin decided to stay in Phuket, but then he lost his Russian passport, lost his money and started wandering the streets. In a conversation with a friend, Konstantin said that because of this, he planned to take a gamble to get to the police.
"I'm very tired and I want to eat. What would I steal to get to the police? Maybe they'll give me a visa at least this way?" a friend of Vladimir conveyed the blogger's words.
After three months in Thailand, the blogger decided to go to Cambodia to cross the border and come back. However, according to his father, he never implemented this plan.
Since January 19, Konstantin has stopped contacting not only his family, but also his friend. The father contacted the local police and the consulate, but, according to him, they have not yet received a response.
On February 1, police in the Thai city of Pattaya said that Russian Mikhail Yemelyanov, who went missing in the Thai resort city of Pattaya in early January, was found dead.
At the same time, Khaosod reported on the arrest in Thailand of two Russian citizens on suspicion of premeditated murder of Yemelyanov. The suspects are Yaroslav Demidov, 35, and Dmitry Maskalev, 38. According to the investigation, they contacted the victim before her disappearance and tried to hide the traces of the crime.
