Four people were rescued in a fire in an apartment building in the east of Moscow. This was reported in the press service of the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the capital on Wednesday, March 11.

The fire started on 2nd Pugachevskaya Street, 14, building 2.

"There was a fire on the ninth floor on the balcony and in the apartment of personal belongings and furniture, as well as on the balconies of the 10th and 11th floors," the department told the Moscow city News agency.

Firefighters rescued four people during the extinguishing process. The fire was eliminated. There was no information about the victims.

Earlier, on March 1, a fire in a warehouse occurred in the east of Moscow.
