Large-scale exercises were held in Moscow to practice actions during a flood and a fire-prone period. This was announced on Wednesday, March 11, by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Communal Services and landscaping, Peter Biryukov.

He said that during the training, various options for interaction between city and operational services were worked out. According to him, more than 3 thousand people from the consolidated mobile group of Moscow and about 500 units of modern equipment took part in the exercises, writes "Moscow 24".

He specified that fire and ambulance helicopters, drones, snowmobiles and specialized equipment for extinguishing fires based on large tracked vehicles were involved, the Moscow City News agency reported.
