Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, dismissed Andrey Tsyganov, Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. This is reported in the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation published on March 11.
"To dismiss Andrey Gennadyevich Tsyganov from the post of deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia in connection with retirement," the document says.
