On March 11, General Ali Fadavi, Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), announced the possibility of the imminent use of a new type of Iranian missiles.

According to the general, these missiles will be launched underwater and have a speed of about 100 m/s. Fadavi stressed that these weapons could be used in the near future, but the exact timing of the possible launch is still unknown.
