The Ministry of Defense called the disruption of gas supplies to the EU the purpose of Kiev's attacks on the Russian station

In order to stop Russian gas supplies to the European Union (EU), Ukraine has attempted an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of an aircraft type on the infrastructure of the Russkaya compressor station in the village of Guy-Kodzor in the Krasnodar Territory. This was announced on March 11 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"In the airspace adjacent to the station, four attacking Ukrainian aircraft—type UAVs were shot down by Russian anti-aircraft missile forces, two Ukrainian UAVs were intercepted by fighter aircraft and three, directly above the compressor station, were destroyed by mobile firing groups," the report says.
