Sobyanin spoke about the development of the Golyanovo district

Large-scale infrastructure renovation continues in the northeast of Moscow, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said in the MAX messenger. Housing has been built in the Golyanovo area under the renovation program, the reconstruction of polyclinics has been completed and schools are being renovated.

"In Golyanov, we pay great attention to creating a comfortable urban environment," Sobyanin stressed. Work is underway in the area to improve roads, squares, courtyards, and the street and road network is being updated.

According to the renovation program, a new residential complex consisting of three buildings with 786 apartments was built on Amurskaya Street. 631 families from seven houses on Amurskaya Street and Shchelkovsky Highway, which were renovated, will move into it.

The Cherkizovskaya metro station, the MCC Locomotive station and the Vostochny Railway Station, the Lilac Garden Park, schools, kindergartens and polyclinics are located near the new building. There are children's and sports grounds and quiet recreation areas in the surrounding area, the mayor of the capital said.

Also, by September 1, after a comprehensive reconstruction, school No. 1516 on Altayskaya Street will open in the district, designed for 825 students in grades 1-9. The renovation affected the entire building both inside and outside: specialists replaced the window blocks, installed the door blocks, installed partitions and floor screeds, and renovated the facade. The premises will be equipped with modern equipment and furniture, and a sports core will be formed on the adjacent territory.

At the end of 2025, it became known about the implementation of a new project for the integrated development of territories in Golyanov. A complex of buildings for light and electronic industry enterprises, jewelry, construction plants, and a printing plant will be built between Amurskaya, Biryusinka and Irkutskaya streets, the mayor said.
