In the bankruptcy case of blogger Elena Blinovskaya, new requirements have appeared — financial manager Maria Oznobikhina asked the Moscow Arbitration Court to check several money transfers totaling about 42 million rubles. This is stated in the materials reviewed by Izvestia on March 11.

Oznobikhina asked to invalidate the transfers, as they could have been made formally.

In addition, she demanded to check two loan agreements between Alexey Blinovsky, the blogger's husband, and the Veter company, concluded in 2021 and 2022. The total amount for them is about 660 million rubles.

On March 4, the court partially satisfied Oznobikhina's application for recognizing the real estate transfer deal to Blinovskaya's father Oleg Ostanin as illegal. Now the apartments in the 4th Verkhne-Mikhailovsky Passage, parking spaces and storage rooms officially belong to the blogger. This property will be put up for auction to repay the debt.

Blinovskaya on February 26 again became the sole owner of the company "Gardens of Adygea" LLC worth more than 21 million rubles. According to the documents, the main activity of the enterprise is the cultivation of fruit trees, shrubs and nuts. There are also 20 additional registered activities.

On February 16, four tractors and 15 land plots near Vologda were included in the Blinovskaya tender. On January 11, the blogger's defense appealed the verdict for tax evasion in cassation. In December last year, Blinovskaya's father told Izvestia that his daughter was experiencing severe stress in the colony and had recently suffered an illness.

In March 2025, the court found Blinovskaya, the "queen of marathons," guilty of tax evasion on an especially large scale, money laundering, and misuse of funds for payments and sentenced her to five years in a general regime penal colony.
