Sports cluster to be built in Dolgoprudny in 2027

A large sports cluster will be created on the basis of the ice arena in Dolgoprudny, Moscow region. Investments in the project are estimated at 250 million rubles. It is planned to create playgrounds for team and racket sports, as well as a cool football arena.

According to the project, two new buildings are to be built next to the ice arena. The area of the new sports complex will be about 12 thousand square meters. m. The area of the football field will be about 7 thousand square meters. m. Parking for 89 cars will be equipped next to the building.

According to the regional construction supervision, a full—fledged sports cluster will appear on one site, consisting of three facilities - an ice arena, an indoor football arena and a multifunctional sports complex. After commissioning, 30 new jobs will be created.

The construction of the facility has been monitored since August 2025. It is planned to complete the construction of the football arena in the fourth quarter of this year, and the entire sports complex by the end of next year.

The construction is being carried out by the Valdai-Tour company, accompanied by the Construction Assistance Center under the regional government, the Podmoskovye Segodnya online publication notes.

Earlier it was reported that in Balashikha, near Moscow, the readiness of a new multidisciplinary hospital, which is being built in the Olgino microdistrict, has reached 40%. As of March 6, about 500 people are involved in the facility. They insulate the facade, install window blocks and utilities, and also do interior decoration.
