Ingosstrakh summed up the results in the segment of online insurance of corporate business

Fees in the digital channel of Ingosstrakh's corporate business increased by 10% in 2025 based on the accrued premium. This result was a record for the company's online insurance segment in recent years, its press service said.

The largest increase, by 20%, was demonstrated by professional liability insurance for doctors and evaluators. There has also been an increase in demand for property insurance products. According to the company, these online products retain their leadership in terms of rollover.

"The greatest interest in online insurance solutions for businesses is shown by entrepreneurs from the largest Russian cities - Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg," said Lyudmila Shukalovich, Head of Digital Sales and Project Development at Ingosstrakh.

In addition to the development of boxed products, the insurer has implemented the possibility of remote settlement of losses under OSGOP and OSOPO. A new prolongation model has been launched in the OSGOP insurance segment for taxis, allowing customers to make changes to the policy directly on the website.

"In 2026, we will continue to develop a single personal account of the policyholder for legal entities and sole proprietors, which will combine all policies on one platform and provide online settlement for all types of corporate insurance," Shukalovich added.

According to her, the development of digital services and automation of processes remain priority tasks, which make it possible to increase operational efficiency and offer modern technological solutions to customers.
