Russian President Vladimir Putin has no plans to attend the G20 summit in the United States yet. This was announced on March 11 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
On February 3, the Commission on Russia's Participation in the G20 noted the importance of coordinating actions in the organization in close contact with the US presidency. The commission participants also reviewed the priorities and program of the US presidency in 2026. Following the meeting, working groups were formed to prepare for the G20 leaders' summit, which will be held in Miami on December 14-15, 2026.
