An agent from Kiev who planned to blow up Russian military aircraft delivered drones and explosive devices to the Moscow and Kaluga regions. This was announced on March 11 by the FSB's Public Relations Center.

According to the agency, an SBU officer organized the delivery of drones, explosives, explosive devices and equipment to the Moscow and Kaluga regions. The defendant took the materials from the caches, transported them to his apartment, where he conducted a trial assembly of an explosive device and practiced drone control skills. On the instructions of his supervisor, he repeatedly traveled to airfields in the Vladimir, Ivanovo regions and Moscow for reconnaissance.

The man was detained in the Ivanovo region in preparation for the sabotage. FPV drones, accessories, explosives, explosive devices, a laptop and communication equipment were seized from him.

Criminal cases have been initiated under articles on treason, participation in a subversive community, illegal possession of explosives and preparation for sabotage. The FSB warned that the Ukrainian special services continue to search through the Internet and messengers for potential perpetrators of terrorist attacks and sabotage.

On the same day, the First Eastern District Military Court in Khabarovsk sentenced a 54-year-old local resident to 17 years in prison in a case of treason and participation in a terrorist organization. It is reported that the woman collaborated with Ukrainian intelligence, tore up pamphlets with calls to serve in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and also handed over to the representative of Ukraine information found in open sources about the death of a Russian serviceman.
