The Moscow State Duma named the conditions for receiving an urgent pension payment
In Russia, men over the age of 60 and women over the age of 55 can receive an urgent pension payment if they have a minimum insurance record of 15 years and have accumulated more than 30 pension points. This was announced on March 11 by Anatoly Nikitin, deputy of the Moscow State Duma and chairman of the Union of Pensioners of the Moscow Region.
"Men from the age of 60 and women from the age of 55 who have at least 15 years of insurance experience and at least 30 pension points can receive an emergency pension," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Nikitin noted that the period for which it will be possible to receive a fixed-term pension is determined individually, but it must be at least 10 years. The amount of the payout depends on the total amount of savings and is calculated for each person separately. If the amount of savings is less than 10% of the subsistence minimum for pensioners, that is, less than 1,628 rubles in 2026, these funds can be paid in a lump sum.
