The Babushkinsky district Court dismissed the case on the claim of the Department of Urban Property of the capital for the seizure of real estate from comedian Timur Batrutdinov. This was reported to Izvestia in court on March 10.

The proceedings against Batrutdinov and four other defendants were terminated due to the plaintiff's rejection of the claim. In respect of the other defendants, the court suspended the case and ordered an expert examination.
