Actor Artur Smolyaninov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent, included in the list of terrorists and extremists) was fined 45 thousand rubles for violating the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent. This was reported to Izvestia on March 10 in the Tagansky District Court of Moscow.

On February 12, the Investigative Committee of Russia completed the investigation of the case against the actor. He is accused of publicly spreading deliberately false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
