The Russian Armed Forces deployed satellite communications kits in the area of operation of the Vostok

The communications officers of the Vostok group of forces ensured interaction between the assault units to liberate the territory from the enemy by deploying satellite communications kits in their area of responsibility. The relevant video footage was provided by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on March 10.

It is noted that the assault squad of the 29th Guards Combined Arms army of the Vostok group of forces moved first on motorcycles and then on foot to ensure surprise.

At the same time, the signalmen of the same group deployed satellite communications kits of domestic production, helping the units of the attack aircraft to interact on the line of contact. According to the communications mechanic with the call sign Solderer, the main thing in this case is mutual assistance.

"Units also come in with assault groups to provide the assault groups with communications equipment. Our guys are working in parallel with them. That is, mutual assistance and interaction are obtained. Today, a satellite dish was deployed, so—called, to provide communication [between] the units, as well as with the command," said Spicer.

The signalmen have found a place where you can install a communication kit secretly. In addition, the equipment was additionally camouflaged. During the battle, the assault units coordinated their actions in a timely manner, and the command promptly received audio and video data. Such tactics allowed the troops to carry out combat missions and continue the offensive, liberating the territory from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the department noted.
