Two teenagers died in an accident at a pedestrian crossing in Yessentuki

In Yessentuki (Stavropol Territory), a car driver hit two teenagers at a pedestrian intersection. The victims died.

The accident occurred on March 9 in the evening on Shosseinaya Street. According to the StavropolMedia news agency, a 21-year-old Lada Samara driver ran over 16-year-olds in an unregulated pedestrian crossing area. The boy and the girl died on the spot.

A criminal case has been opened into the accident. The driver was detained.

In Bashkortostan, Lada Priora and Hyundai Solaris cars collided on the Birsk—Tastuba—Satka highway. Five people were killed and two others were injured.
