Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent congratulations to People's Artist of Russia, composer Alexander Zatsepin on the occasion of his 100th birthday. In a telegram posted on the Kremlin's website on March 10, the head of state noted that Zatsepin continues to donate his works to fans of his talent, without stopping there.

"Dear Alexander Sergeevich! I cordially congratulate you on your 100th birthday. I am sincerely glad that you are celebrating such an impressive anniversary on a creative high, in a great mood, surrounded by family, friends, and loyal fans," the text says.
