The Court concluded that such information could be used to commit illegal acts, including hooliganism and terrorist crimes. This resolution will enter into force on March 25 of this year.
On March 6, the Ostankino Court of the capital, at the request of the prosecutor's office, banned resources containing instructions on making molotov cocktails. It was clarified that "Molotov cocktail" is a common name for the simplest liquid incendiary grenades.
The court also noted that information about the methods of manufacturing explosive devices and explosives can be used to commit terrorist attacks, hooliganism and mass riots.
