IRGC strikes US helicopter base in Kuwait

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has attacked the American Al-Adiri helicopter base in Kuwait. This was announced on March 9 by the press service of the corps.

"This morning, during an offensive operation against American terrorists, the IRGC Navy destroyed the Al-Adiri helicopter base located in Kuwait," the IRGC wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that the strike was carried out using drones and cruise missiles. The organization added that the attack made it possible to disrupt American plans, and in total 11 targets were hit, including fuel and gas tanks, a helicopter pad and logistics facilities.

On the same day, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a new large-scale wave of attacks on targets in Iran. It was clarified that the targets were attacked in Tehran, Isfahan and southern Iran. The IDF also reported a strike on a production site for rocket engines and long-range missile launchers in Iran.

On March 8, the Israeli army attacked the headquarters of the IRGC Air Force. It was clarified that the target of the strike was the main command and control center, from which the activities of the Iranian Air Force were controlled.
