GRU: the question of the assassination attempt on Alekseev was put to Kiev in a harsh form

During the negotiations with the Ukrainian side, a question was harshly asked about an attempt on the life of the First Deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev. This was announced on March 8 by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
"[The question of the attempted murder of Alekseev], of course, was raised. And it was put in a harsh form," he said in a comment to the Vesti news agency.
The head of the GRU General Staff did not say what response was received.
