Belgorod was subjected to massive rocket fire from the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on March 8 by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Belgorod and the Belgorod district were subjected to massive rocket fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties," Gladkov wrote on the MAX messenger channel.

Emergency services are on the ground, information about the consequences is being clarified.
