Russians face fines for storing wheelchairs and bicycles in entrances
Residents of apartment buildings can be fined up to 15,000 rubles for storing strollers and bicycles that interfere with the passage of other neighbors or pose a threat. Andrey Moiseev, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, told about this on March 8.
"Cluttering up entrances depends on the objective side of the act. So, according to Article 20.4 of the Administrative Code, liability can be from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles. But this is precisely in the case of a fire hazard of garbage, or if things — strollers, bicycles — interfere with the aisles and pose a threat," Moiseev said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
