The teenager who set fire to the ATM in Putilkovo acted on the instructions of unknown persons. This was announced on March 7 by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnogorsk city district.

"The police officers who immediately arrived preliminarily established that a teenager born in 2009, acting under the influence of unknown persons who gave him instructions via mobile communication, poured flammable liquid over an ATM in the lobby of the bank and set it on fire," the Interior Ministry wrote in a Telegram channel.
