Football club (FC) Krasnodar has called for the postponement of the match of the 20th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) scheduled for March 8, during which it is scheduled to play Rubin. This was announced on March 7 by journalist Ivan Karpov.

Krasnodar demands to postpone the match with Rubin: tomorrow in Kazan it is expected to be around -15 degrees, which is the temperature below which it is impossible to play football according to the regulations unless both teams agree," says his publication in the Telegram channel.

It is noted that the field where the game is scheduled will be heated, which will cause the temperature in the stadium to be two to three degrees higher than outside. It is this indicator, and not the city indicator, as the expert explained, that is taken into account when planning matches.

In the "Newspaper.Ru" clarified that the decision on the meeting should be made by the chief arbitrator, which usually happens an hour before the start of a potential game. If Krasnodar's concerns are confirmed and the conditions for the match are deemed unsuitable, it will be postponed either to a later date or to another day.

The match of the 19th round of the Russian Premier League between Sochi and Spartak, which was scheduled to take place on March 1, was also postponed. It was noted that the relevant decision was made due to the identified threat of attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
