An earthquake of magnitude 4.1 was recorded in Iran. This was reported on March 7 on the website of the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

It is specified that the epicenter of the seismic event was located 74 km west of Bandar Abbas with a population of about 350-380 thousand people. The source of the tremors was at a depth of 10 km.

The authorities did not receive information about the victims and incidents.

An earthquake of magnitude 7.1 occurred in the Borneo island region on February 22. According to the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ), the tremors were recorded at 16:57 coordinated Universal time on Sunday. The epicenter was located at a depth of 633 km.
