Three humanities subjects will become compulsory in higher education institutions: Philosophy, History of Russia, and Fundamentals of Russian Statehood. This was announced on March 7 by Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
"We will meet the same requirements for the content of Philosophy. And in this way, a core will be formed, which at this stage we see as consisting of three subjects: "History of Russia", "Philosophy" and "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood," the deputy minister said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
