Dmitriev announced discussions with the United States on easing sanctions against Russian oil

Moscow and Washington are discussing the possibility of easing sanctions on Russian oil. This was announced on March 7 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.

"We are discussing this with the United States, as Western sanctions have proved detrimental to the global economy," he wrote on the social network X.
