- Activists of the TINAO sent humanitarian aid to the fighters of the SVO and residents of the new territories
Residents of the Troitsk and Novomoskovsky administrative districts (TiNAO) sent medicines, warm clothes, equipment, quadrocopters, motorcycles to the free zone, as well as to the DPR, LPR, Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia regions. This was reported in the press service of TiNAO Prefecture.
From December to February, local activists held rallies in support of fighters in the special military operation zone and residents of new and border territories. They collected food, medicines, clothes, made camouflage nets and bases for insulating mats. Residents also handed over equipment, tools, building materials and ammunition. In total, more than 15 humanitarian convoys were dispatched during the operation of the Winter in Moscow project.
The money raised by the Troitsk district council was used to purchase equipment for military personnel, including a diesel generator, an autonomous heater and chainsaws. "Equipment and all kinds of devices are the most necessary things at the front. Drone detectors are saved lives. Generators are light, communication, and the operation of all equipment. Technology is an absolute priority for children," said Alexey Titov, Director of the Troitsk Humanitarian Center.
Members of the regional branches of the All-Russian Public Organization of Veterans "Combat Brotherhood" helped with the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as to the Belgorod, Zaporizhia, Kursk and Bryansk regions.
On the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, representatives of the THC held master classes for children, the participants of which wrote letters to the fighters with words of support. "When guys sort parcels, first of all they look for children's letters, drawings, homemade postcards. The fighters say that these sincere messages help them feel connected to home," said Tatyana Shmakova, coordinator of the Troitsk Humanitarian Center.
